Our pastry chef is from Paris, France.

She has 3 degrees in culinary area fromFrance:

​

            - Licence professionnelle sciences humaines

                  et sociales, mention  organisation et gestion des 

                  établissements hoteliers et de restauration

            -Brevet technicien superieur hotellerie et 

                  restauration, art cullinaire , art de la table

                  et du service.

           - Baccalauréat technologique en hotellerie.
